Why didn't my SMS code come, and what should I do?

Code not coming? Try these steps in order.

1. Wait up to 20 minutes. A number stays active for 20 minutes. If no SMS arrives, it's cancelled and refunded to your wallet automatically.

1. Request SMS again once. Tap "Request SMS again" in the app and wait 1–2 minutes. Don't press it many times, as this may block the number.

1. Check your setup. Use the number on a fresh app install or after clearing the app's data. Turn off VPN, and make sure the app's region matches the number's country.

1. Cancel and buy again. If nothing comes, cancel the number. You can cancel after 120 seconds with no SMS, and you get a full refund to your wallet. Then buy again from the top server, which usually works best.

1. Try another country. Some apps, like WhatsApp and Telegram, reject some numbers. A different country often works.

Once a code arrives, the number counts as used and can't be refunded. Asking for another SMS on the same number is free.
