These terms govern your access to and use of the DUAL SMS platform. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by them.

1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using DUAL SMS, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the service.
2. Description of service
DUAL SMS provides temporary virtual phone numbers that can be used to receive SMS one-time passwords (OTPs) for account verification. Numbers are provided on a pay-as-you-go basis and availability varies by service and country.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes. You must not use DUAL SMS to:
- Engage in fraud, impersonation, or any illegal activity
- Violate the terms of service of any third-party platform
- Send spam, abusive, or harassing content
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or compromise our systems
4. Accounts and balance
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Account balances are topped up in advance and consumed per number rented.
5. Service availability
While we strive for high reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every number will successfully receive an OTP. Where a code is not received within the active window, the charge is refunded to your balance.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DUAL SMS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding thirty days.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
