Messages received on virtual numbers are displayed to you in your dashboard and retained only as long as necessary to deliver the service. We do not use the contents of your OTP messages for marketing.

We retain account and transaction records for as long as your account is active and as required for legal and accounting obligations. You may request deletion of your account at any time.
5. Security
We apply industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit, hashed credentials, and access controls. No method of transmission is completely secure, but we work continuously to protect your data.
