How do I cancel a number and get a refund?

You can cancel a virtual number for a full refund in these cases:

• No SMS after 120 seconds: you can cancel the number and get the full amount back.
• No SMS after 20 minutes: the number is cancelled automatically and fully refunded to your wallet. You don't need to do anything.

Once a code has arrived, the number counts as used and can't be refunded. Asking for another SMS on the same number is free.

Refunds go to your DualSMS wallet, not to your bank or UPI. If you can't cancel, or a code came but didn't work, contact support on Telegram @dualsmssupport with your order details. Staff check the code with the provider within 24 hours and refund it if it was faulty.
